Shipping within Singapore will be done through our own fleet and at no cost to you.
All Pre-Order and custom pieces are made to order and our team of craftsmen need time to handcraft it for you. The timeline can range from 5 to 6 weeks for completion depending on the design ordered.
If you need it by a specific date please reach out to us with your desired delivery date and we will confirm if its doable.
Returns or Exchanges
We are a Singapore based company and will do our best to address your concerns. Please whatsapp us with your concerns and we will attend to it pomptly.
Regarding refunds for subpar workmanship or damaged items: Please report any broken or poorly crafted pieces within 3 days of receiving your jewelry. After we receive and assess the returned item, we will proceed with either repairing the item or issuing a refund to the original payment method, at our sole discretion. Kindly allow up to 9 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
To provide the best possible service and maintain the quality of our products, we regret that we are unable to process returns or exchanges for items returned due to a change of mind or non-defective reasons. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and are here to assist you with any other questions or requests you may have
What if I have ordered the wrong size?
For your convenience, we offer complimentary resizing services where the design allows it. Ring sizes can be adjusted by 1 or 2 sizes without any additional cost to you. However, if an adjustment of more than 2 sizes is required (which may involve adding extra gold and/or diamonds to the product), we will provide you with a calculated estimate based on your specific requirements.
Please note that certain designs, such as full eternity bands, rings with diamonds on the shank, bracelets encrusted with diamonds, and similar cases, may not allow for modifications. We appreciate your understanding and are here to assist you with any resizing inquiries or concerns
